Advanced Filter Scenarios In Excel, pt 2

In which we make a named criteria range grow and shrink, in order to incorporate it into our solution of the Scenario manager and Advanced Filtering. We take care NOT to name this range Criteria, but rather some other name, so that it is not replaced when the Advanced Filtering happens.
