1. Take in X and Y, evaluate to X times Y

2. Takes in X, evaluates to yes if negative, no if >=0

3. Also, Write a formula using IF and And to evaluate to yes or no

depending on whether or not then # is between 20 and 80

4. Do the same using OR function and IF function
